Any content you upload to our platform remains your property. By uploading content, you grant Just Grade Metrics a limited, non-exclusive license to process and analyze that content solely for the purpose of providing our Services.

You agree to provide accurate information and notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

You are responsible for the content of the recordings you upload. Where your operation captures payment card details, health information, or other regulated data during a call, you are responsible for configuring your recording system so that this information is not captured — for example by pausing and resuming recording during payment capture.

Our platform detects and masks payment card numbers and similar identifiers where it can, replacing them in transcripts and muting them in playback. These measures reduce risk but do not substitute for correct configuration at source, and we do not warrant that every instance will be detected.

Our platform may integrate with third-party applications and services. Just Grade Metrics is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those third-party providers.

Just Grade Metrics provides its Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or Services.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
